My experience with this Post office was so bed, they lose my mails, they change my address without my permission, i call so many times but i did not find nobody to solve my problem!
Less traffic than the mall post office. So easier to get in and out fast.
After living in my home for over 3 years now suddenly the carrier, after a horrible history of fail deliveries and bad communication, puts that the home is vacant and that mail will not be delivered. Just another random out of nowhere who knows what. I've called the postmaster, I've complained I called the general mail facility I've complained I've tried being nice I tried being understanding and now I'm at a loss. It's not like we have any other choice. But Red Bank just seems to have just don't care attitude. If there was any other choice I would use it. But there isn't one so what do you do? I was home bound for almost 11 months with delivery supposed to be brought to the door that they marked delivered that weren't, Mark no mail receptacle when it was signature required and yes there's a mailbox my bills seem to make it to me fine. Oh yeah I get my bills. But anything else they can't seem to find me. Maybe somebody will read this and they have a say-so about what goes on maybe they'll show some mercy.
