Good place to grab some lunch, the food is good and not expensive. The staff continues to improve. Place is clean and well kept. Love the fries! Give it a try.
This restaurant has great employees who are always friendly and helpful. I go here for lunch quite a bit. Whether you use the drive thru or go inside, the service is always consistent. The food is very good, I like the grilled chicken sandwich and grilled chicken salad.
Never again. The most incompetent staff ever. Twice I have been through the drive-thru and, after I have already paid my money, have been told "It will be a few minutes. Can you please pull forward?" The first time, I waited about 15 minutes before going inside and getting my money back. Tonight, I made the mistake of thinking they might have improved. WRONG!! After I had already paid, I was told, "It will be a few minutes. Can you please pull forward?" I did. As I sat there for 15 minutes, five (5) other vehicles came through, got their food, and went on their merry way. When I went in to get my money back, I looked around and it did not appear my food was even in the works. NEVER AGAIN!!!
I love bojangles biscuits. That's what keeps me coming back. Don't use the drive thru at night. They WILL mess up your order. Otherwise, get some chicken biscuits and enjoy your life!
Usually it's good but this time order was wrong, chicken was spicy, chicken biscuit wasn't cooked properly and was very tough (couldn't eat it). 3 of the 4 of us who ate ours this afternoon are having tummy discomfort tonight. It'll be a good long while before we go to any Bojangles again.
